Shipping policy

1. Delivery Timeline

At Lorem Official, we strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24-48 hours.

  • Transit Time: We offer a 7-day shipping policy. Most orders reach our customers within 5 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location (Metros are usually faster; North-East and rural areas may take the full 7 days).

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We offer COD services across most pin codes in India to make your shopping experience seamless.

  • Verification: To prevent fraudulent orders, our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your COD order. Orders will only be processed after successful confirmation.

  • Exact Change: Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery, as our courier partners may not always carry change.

4. Tracking Your Package

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a Tracking Link and the name of the courier partner. You can track your package directly through our website or the link provided.

5. Non-Delivery & Re-attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the order remains undelivered due to:

  • Incorrect address/phone number.

  • Customer unavailable after 3 attempts.

  • Refusal to accept the package.

The order will be returned to our warehouse. For COD orders, repeated "Return to Origin" (RTO) cases may result in the suspension of the COD facility for your account in the future.

7-Day Return Policy

We want you to love what you bought! If you are not satisfied:

  • Timeline: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Refunds: For COD orders, refunds will be processed as Store Credit or via Bank Transfer once the item passes quality check.
